Branding Identity - Internal Engagement - Visual Design
As a key contributor to ID Images' internal branding efforts, I led the design and promotion of various resources aimed at enhancing communication, employee engagement, and company culture. This included creating informative flyers to support innovation, safety, and company-wide initiatives—distributed seamlessly across platforms in both print and digital formats.
I also redesigned the New Employee Handbook, improving clarity, accessibility, and visual appeal while aligning with the company's mission and values. This refreshed guide now plays a central role in onboarding, including presentations to leadership. Additionally, I supported HR documentation, designed employee shirts, and ensured all materials reflected a cohesive and modern brand identity. Together, these projects fostered a more informed, connected, and empowered workplace across IDI locations.
